DEWA organises workshop on 3D Customer Happiness Centres and seven-star services
DEWA has organised a three-day workshop on three-dimensional (3D) Customer Happiness Centres and preparations for evaluating seven-star services in cooperation with Ethos Consultancy. The workshop targeted managers of 8 DEWA Customer Happiness Centres across Dubai and supervisors, administrative personnel and counsellors from the centres. A total of 40 trainees benefitted from the session.

DEWA launches Free Electrons to support next generation of international clean energy entrepreneurs
HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has launched the Free Electrons programme, a global energy accelerators programme that provides an integrated framework to promote international cooperation and support innovation, to identify solutions to meet future global energy needs. The announcement was made at the Armani hotel in Dubai.
DEWA signs MoU with Dubai Women’s Association to support the community and the environment
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai Women’s Association to support the global vision of the Mohammed bin Rashid Global Centre for Endowment Consultancy (MBRGCEC) for Awqaf and Endowments, which is the first organisation launched to support marriage endowment, and strengthen its work. DEWA is the first organisations to receive the Marriage Endowment sign for young Emiratis. The MoU will provide training, consulting, family services, and some marital initiatives.
