New app aims to facilitate access to best medical services
Prime Healthcare Group recently launched its mobile application ‘PRIME HEALTH ME,’ which can be downloaded from both Apple and Google Play stores. The app offers several unique features that are aimed at helping Prime’s patients to access and manage their health data anywhere and at any time through their smartphones. The application provides an ideal platform that offers direct access to an integrated portfolio of medical services including medical history, reports and results 24x7, as well as appointments and reminders.
The launch of the new app comes at a time when the importance of smart technology has grown to become a major boon for healthcare services sector, providing enhanced experience to patients by meeting their expectations. The move reflects Prime Healthcare Group's commitment to achieve the UAE’s vision of introducing smart services in different vital sectors, particularly in the healthcare sector in order to achieve world-class healthcare system and to be among the best countries in the world in terms of quality healthcare by 2021.

‘PRIME HEALTH ME’ app helps users access a range of medical services including the patient’s medical history, laboratory results, doctors’ profiles, and reminders on medicine intake and vaccination schedules. It also assists in booking of appointments, in addition to helping patients locate the nearest Prime clinic.
