Event to highlight trends in smart services & how to achieve seamless data flow for smart cities
Software AG, a global leader in enterprise architecture, IT & business transformation, agile processes, IoT and big data, has announced that it has partnered with IDC to hold the ‘Smart Services Transformation in the Public Sector’ aimed at helping government organizations implement scalable smart services. The one-day event to be held at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai on March 27, 2018, will explore the latest trends in smart services transformation and present case studies and best practices by the public sector in the UAE and other countries.
Leading UAE government organizations will also discuss their own transformation experiences which have rolled out smart city initiatives as part of its efforts to raise the level of services to citizens, residents, businesses, and other government agencies, putting digital transformation at the center of their strategies and leveraging technologies that can help accelerate it.
Rami Kichli, Vice President, Gulf and Levant, Software AG, who will be one of the key speakers at the event, said: “The opportunity to provide an efficient and transformative services is huge particularly in the public sector, where there is a massive demand to enhance public services and enable a seamless customer experience, particularly in the UAE, which has an ambitious goal of becoming a leading government in the world in all aspects. The session, titled ‘Journey to the Digital Nation - Looking at the How’, will present key lessons learned and shared by senior government IT Leaders around the world that have embarked on their digital journeys.
