Newly established ‘The Corporate Group’ opens new business centre in Downtown Dubai

‘The Corporate Group (TCG),’ a newly established business, recently inaugurated the Corporate Business Hub (CBH), a new business center located in Downtown Dubai. ‘TCG’ is the result of the corporate restructuring activities of Corporate Business Services (CBS), a service based firm established in 2007 offering business consultancy and company formation solutions. Now operating as a business group of companies, ‘TCG’ will take charge of three subsidiaries— CBS, CBH and Corporate Business Enterprises (CBE). The opening was attended by corporate clients, business partners and representatives from the SME sector. CBS, which was originally owned by four shareholders, specializes in corporate services, including business setup and government document clearing. Under the newly restructured set-up, ‘TCG’ will oversee the operations of all its subsidiaries. CBH delivers a unique business center concept that offers startups, SMEs and corporates a nurturing environment to allow businesses to establish, grow and sustain organically. Meanwhile, CBE operates towards creating investment opportunities and seeks out active and passive partnerships in ventures. “We are proud to reveal the results of our corporate restructuring, rebranding ourselves as ‘The Corporate Group,’ which demonstrates a more unified and solid entity that will take charge of our subsidiaries,” said Adel Al Awadhi, Executive Chairman, TCG. During the event, TCG also unveiled its new corporate identity, which is aimed towards helping increase more awareness for the subsidiaries and their products, services and other offerings. To date, TCG and its subsidiaries, have been garnering key awards and recognition from the regional and international business arena like- The Bizz 2015 award by the World Confederation of Businesses (WORLDCOB). CBS also recently received the 2015 CSR Label from the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI). CBS has also been named as a Superbrand by the Brand Council. In addition, CBS has been listed within Dubai SME top 100 companies in 2015 ranking being 29^th by Dubai SME, an agency of the Department of Economic Development (DED). In addition, The Corporate Group has also been awarded Strategic Partner status by DED, for one of its agencies, Dubai Investment Development Agency (Dubai FDI).
