Company pledges AED 100,000 for initiative aimed at helping one million refugees in the Levant
Dubai, UAE, January 22, 2015 – Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the GCC, has pledged AED 100,000 for the ‘Tarahamo’ campaign, an initiative aimed to provide relief for refugees that have been affected by the snowstorm 'Huda,' which recently hit the Levant region. The donation is the company’s response to the invitation from His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to support the campaign. The 'Tarahamo' campaign was launched by the UAE Red Crescent, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation and Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity. Aside from the victims of snowstorm 'Huda,' the initiative will also provide support and assistance to refugees in Levant affected from the bitter cold.
