First ever NAPCO Annual Invitational dinner highlights company’s strategic roadmap to development

Expansion to cover acquisition of new equipment aimed at increasing productivity and improving efficiencies     March 23, 2015 - National Aluminium Products Company SAOG (NAPCO), one of the leading extruders of aluminium profiles in the GCC, successfully hosted its first Annual Invitational dinner recently at the Intercontinental Hotel in Muscat. The event, which was attended by the country’s leading architects, consultants, project managers and construction professionals, served as a key platform for the company to reveal its strategic roadmap towards development—its move to expand and the implementation of its vision for the next three years. The dinner also helped draw more awareness on the company’s operations and diverse product portfolio while also highlighting the exciting changes currently taking place in the company, which includes its recent change in management and improvement of policies to help serve their clients better.   The dinner follows after the company’s recent announcement of implementing a massive expansion initiative that aims towards launching NAPCO on its new path of growth and sustainability. The move represents the recent decision of the company’s shareholders and board of directors to bring NAPCO to a whole new level by tapping into newer markets and introducing more products and services. Also announced during the dinner were the company’s new CSR programs and its Omanization program, which supports the government’s efforts to provide key employment opportunities to Omani nationals.   The company’s expansion includes the recent acquisition of two fully automated extrusion presses that will drive in double production capacity and will also allow producing different profiles. In addition, the company has also acquired a new vertical powder coating line.   Robert Holtkamp, CEO, NAPCO, said, “We are now making our way towards more growth and development, which aims to strengthen our abilities and generate more sustainability. The implementation of this new roadmap will pave the way to a transformation and entry into an era of substantial growth with the aim of placing NAPCO on the map and securing major presence in the GCC countries, not just Oman.”   “We are very pleased at the overwhelming response for the NAPCO Annual Invitational dinner, which allowed us the opportunity to meet the country’s top construction experts and professionals and share with them our plan to expand our market presence while also talk about our projects for the next few years. We are also pleased to have met new contacts presenting us with potential partnership opportunities. The NAPCO Annual Invitational dinner has also helped us in our efforts to strengthen our ties with the local community and the construction segment as well,” concluded Holtkamp
