Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), in cooperation with the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation (MBRF), has launched the Reading is Positive Energy exhibition at Zabeel Park in Dubai. The move is part of DEWA’s efforts to support the directives of HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nayhan, President of the UAE, who declared 2016 as the Year of Reading and was approved by the UAE Cabinet under the leadership of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Gala award ceremony to be held in November 2016

The Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) has called for the widest possible participation in the 2^nd edition of the ALECSO Apps Award launched by the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO). The last day for registration is May 15, 2016 and the award is open for all categories, including individuals and private and government sectors.
