PA5H and Velsvoir Fashion Shows debuts in Lebanon accompanied by Celebrity Chef Tom Wolfe
Beirut, Lebanon, November, 4th, 2016: City Centre Beirut, member of Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa, launched today a new edition of its bi-annual fashion show, with exclusive participation of the internationally acclaimed designers, PA5H and Velsvoir.
Sleiman Mallat, Senior Mall Manager – City Centre Beirut asserted: “Year on year, our Fashion Week brings new, evolving and exclusive concepts to the runway, ensuring its success and appeal to our diversified clientele. Being at the edge of fashion and its unique destination in Lebanon, City Centre Beirut innovated this year and presented two new collections, one of which and for the first time in Lebanon, targets the urban man, creating unique great moments and garnering a big admiration”.
Coming straight from London, the rising fashion capital of the world today, and home to young promising designers, PA5H has established a cult and was featured in international publications; in its first season, PA5H featured in both Vogue and Glamour best dressed. Exclusively in Lebanon and for the first time, PA5H revealed the “Tyred” collection from the Spring-Summer 2017 designs. Using premium materials, the brand aims at creating “something between haute couture and commercial products”. PA5H pieces are recognized to be urban references blending geometric forms with bold textiles.
And for the first time in Lebanon and on City Centre Beirut catwalk, the internationally renowned brand, Velsvoir, presented a Men collection. Catering for a style conscious clientele, Velsvoir presented its “Zero” collection from the new Spring-Summer 2017 runway, that included their latest menswear products from the signature bow ties to the modern day 3-piece suit, all handmade in London.
The show was concluded with an exclusive presentation by Tom Wolfe, the experiential food stylist celebrity chef, offering a new approach to the cuisine today, dazzling the crowds.
