Burger King changes the face of diningin the heart of Beirut

Beirut, January7, 2015:King Food S.A.L., the BURGER KING® brand franchisee in Lebanon, has relocated its BURGER KING® location on Bliss Street and opened in an innovative and larger concept on December 13, 2014. After 10 years of business at its first location, one considered distant from the hub of the street,Burger King’s new location on Bliss Street is situated in the heart of the heavy pedestrian zone. The new location features Bliss Street’s BURGER KING® restaurants the only restaurant of its kind in the Middle East to allow clients to order the traditional WHOPPER® sandwich, or any other favored meal, straight from the sidewalk without having to physically enter it. Marc Kallassi, General Manager at King Food S.A.L., commented on the occasion, saying, “We have found the ideal location for Bliss Street’s Burger King. This relocation is part of our company’s continuous growth, as the new location is even more suitable for our customers, offering top-notch facilities and services.” The new restaurant offers a revolutionary initiative in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment in Lebanon by installing digital screen menus for clients to choose from. It also features a dining room which occupies more than 40 persons, as well as provides a home delivery service to the nearby trading areas, offices and houses around Beirut.
