Beirut Designers’ Week Back to Zaitunay Bay this coming May!

For the third consecutive years, and after the staggering success of its first and second editions, Beirut Designers’ Week by GATA Events & Promotions s.a.r.l. is coming back to Zaitunay Bay to amaze. Running from the 27th till the 31st of May, 2015 along Zaitunay Bay’s refreshing lower promenade, Beirut designers’ Week 2015 will be held under the high patronage of the Ministry of Economy & Trade, with the support of the Ministry of Tourism, and in collaboration with Beirut Waterfront Development s.a.r.l. and Solidere. The event’s past editions had attracted more than 90,000 Lebanese and tourists, rushing to discover the latest designers’ trends in fashion, fashion accessories, leather goods, fashion jewelry, fine jewelry, home accessories and furnishings. More than 150 brands were introduced to thousands of walk-in visitors and targeted fashionistas, seeking original labels that would satisfy their eclectic and naturally sophisticated taste. Beirut Designers’ Week 2015 will be the biggest edition yet of the highly anticipated exhibition with up to 100 designers participating from all categories including established brands and a great selection of all-new labels, proving once again that it has become the ideal platform for up-and-coming design talents. In fact, the event has witnessed such great demand that the organizers decided to make it a 5-day exhibition this year with opening hours spanning from 3 PM to 10 PM every day. In addition to the usual exhibiting spaces, Beirut Designers’ Week 2015 will feature an official opening ceremony on the first day involving ministers, public and social figures and other high-standing invitees. Fashion shows by exhibiting and non-exhibiting designers will animate the remaining days with exciting DJ beats and refreshing cocktails.
