‘Caesar of Arabic Song’ kickstarts spectacular six months of shows from global and regional stars.
Kadim Al Sahir, one of the most successful Arab artists in the history, kickstarts Expo 2020 Dubai’s spectacular Infinite Nights series on 15 October 2021, with a concert of his biggest classical and pop hits.
Back in front of an audience after a two-year break, the ‘Caesar of Arabic Song’ will honour the rich legacy of Arabic music under Expo 2020’s Opportunity subtheme. Each of the Infinite Nights concerts throughout the six months of Expo will align with one of the three subthemes.
Al Wasl Plaza – the beating heart of Expo 2020 and home to the world's largest 360-degree projection surface – will be the stage for the Infinite Nights series. Expo ticket-holders will also be able to watch the dazzling spectacles via supersized screens at Expo’s Dubai Millennium Amphitheatre and Jubilee Park.
Innovative ‘phygital’ show experiences, featuring state-of-the-art entertainment technology, will enable global audiences to see the shows across multiple channels, as well as through the Expo 2020 website and Expo TV on YouTube.
More information on dates and times for each performance in the Infinite Nights series will be revealed soon.
